Step 1

Chemical Wash (Oil & Rust Removal)

We begin with a targeted chemical wash using specialized cleaners designed to break down and remove tough stains such as oil, rust, and grease. This process lifts deep-set contaminants from the surface, ensuring the pavers are properly prepped for deeper cleaning.

Step 2

Pressure Washing (Deep Clean)

Next, we use high-powered pressure washing equipment to thoroughly clean the paver surface. This removes embedded dirt, mold, mildew, and any remaining residues from the chemical wash, restoring the natural appearance of the pavers.

Step 3

Joint Sanding (Weed & Shift Prevention)

Once dry, we sand the joints between the pavers using polymeric or joint stabilizing sand. This step locks the pavers in place, helps prevent weed growth, and reduces shifting caused by foot or vehicle traffic.

Step 4

Wet Look Sealer (3 Coats)

Finally, we apply three coats of premium wet-look sealer. This enhances the color and texture of the pavers while providing long-lasting protection against water, stains, UV rays, and future wear. The result is a rich, glossy finish that keeps your surface looking fresh and vibrant.
